Membership is annual. New members are accepted in two cohorts: May and October. We keep both tiers deliberately small.

Annual fee, signed letter of agreement, and a 90-minute onboarding with your concierge. Membership runs 12 months, renewable.

Per-booking is transactional. Membership is the relationship behind it: pre-allocated dates, a real person who already knows you, fixed pricing, and access to inventory we do not market publicly. Members spend less time briefing and more time enjoying.
Two reasons. First, the cap on members protects the quality of the service: a concierge with 12 members cannot deliver the same as one with 60. Second, our partners (chefs, club owners, captains) trust us to bring the right people. Both sides need protecting.
Yes. For Circle tier we offer a 6-month trial (€2,700) starting May or October. Inner Circle is annual only, but the first year can be cancelled at month 3 with a 50% refund if it is not working, for either side.
The annual fee covers planning time, dedicated concierge access, priority queue, the member rate discount, and member-only events. Bookings themselves (villas, yachts, dinners, transport) are billed separately at member rates.
No member is named publicly. No photos. NDAs with all partners and staff. Encrypted communication available on request. We do not appear at your event unless you ask us to.
