3. Purpose of the site

rosebudhospitality.com presents our services, experiences and editorial content. It is not a transactional site: bookings are confirmed individually after a personal consultation.

4. Liability — intermediary role

Rosebud Hospitality acts solely as an intermediary and concierge between the client and the relevant third-party providers (restaurants, hotels, villa owners, yacht operators, venues, ticket sellers, transport companies, etc.). We are NOT the direct provider, owner or operator of those services and we do NOT assume the obligations of the underlying contract between the client and the provider.

When we present a package (for example "Weekend VIP Madrid"), each individual service within that package is still contracted on behalf of the client with the relevant Provider, under the Provider's own terms. We coordinate, do not operate.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date. However we cannot guarantee that third-party services will always be available exactly as described. 5. Intellectual property

All content (text, images, logo, design) is owned by Rosebud Hospitality or used under licence. Any reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Applicable law

Spanish law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain. Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
