How does a luxury VIP concierge in Madrid work?

Our concierge handles every detail of your stay: hard-to-book restaurant tables, VIP nightclub access, private football boxes at the Bernabéu and Riyadh Air Metropolitano, private aviation, chauffeured transport, sports tickets and bespoke requests. One dedicated person, available 24/7 in your timezone, with most requests answered in under 15 minutes.

Do you operate in Marbella as well as Madrid?

Yes. Marbella is our second base. We arrange Golden Mile villa rentals with full staff, yacht charters out of Puerto Banús and Sotogrande, beach club access, Olivia Valère tables, and helicopter transfers to Gibraltar or Madrid. Same concierge model as Madrid, year-round.

How much does Rosebud Hospitality cost?

We do not charge an annual membership. You pay per service at supplier price plus a flat concierge fee. Packages range from a one-night dinner-and-club arrangement (around €500 concierge fee) to a full F1 paddock weekend (from €18,900 per guest). Initial consultation is free.

Can I book at the last minute?

Yes. Most of our work is short-notice. We can secure same-day Saturday-night tables at Kapital, last-minute Bernabéu hospitality for that evening, and yacht charters for tomorrow morning. The fastest way is WhatsApp.

In what languages does Rosebud operate?

English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and Mandarin Chinese. Our concierges work in your timezone and respond in your language.
